Our 28 acre ranch in Dripping Springs, Texas is scattered with ancient live oak trees in a serene hill country setting. This historic property dates back to the pioneer days of Texas and embodies the spirit of exploration that feeds all that we do here today. THE PURSUIT OF THE CURIOUS
Pursue your inner curiosity and learn about spirits, distillation, and Treaty Oak's history in the Mercantile. This intimate space is notable for its hand-crafted cocktails and detailed spirit tastings, curated with care by our staff, whatever you decide to indulge in is sure to leave you with a new outlook on how to approach spirits. Complete your experience by taking a bottle and some merchandise home with you.

Experience Behind the Scenes of Treaty Oak Whiskey
Explore the Treaty Oak Distillery with a knowledgeable tour guide as you learn about our heritage, history, and what it takes to make craft spirits in Texas. Discuss the process of mashing, fermenting, and distilling as you walk amongst our state-of-the-art equipment. Then move into the Rickhouse for Q&A and to sample our Treaty Oak Ghost Hill Straight Bourbon Whiskey as you dive into the science of maturation. Experience includes a complimentary cocktail.

Treaty Oak event Center
Alice’s Restaurant is becoming the Treaty Oak Event Center and will be closed for dine-in service. If you’re looking for a cool spot to host your private event, we’ve got you covered! For guests planning a visit to Treaty Oak this summer, the Mercantile Bar will be open Tuesday-Sunday 11am-7pm serving whiskey flights, hand-crafted cocktails and tasty bar snacks. The shop will offer merch and bottle sales so you can take home your very own commemorative bottle of Treaty Oak Bourbon.
The Rickhouse
RICKHOUSE BAR
The open aired Rickhouse is home to genuine smiles and laid back vibes. At the bar, choose from a selection of our craft beers, cocktails or a tasting of any of the Treaty Oak spirits. Rows of picnic tables perfect for large groups to gather and additional lounge areas that set the scene for a more intimate experience for groups or a comfortable spot to watch the game.

Treaty Oak Distilling wouldn't be complete without the culture of live music, it aligns with our vision and brings our spirits, libations, and BBQ all together. Located in the middle of our property, our 1950's Pearl Brewing Truck converted stage pays homage to this value near and dear to our company and provides entertainment for our guests all year long. Whether you stop by on a quiet Friday evening in the fall or join us for our epic Memorial Day Celebration, you'll enjoy the sounds of bluegrass artists, country legends, and local talent while you sip and savor.
